Executive Summary:

People make a company sustainable and successful. Bringing in, developing and retaining a talented and diverse labor force are a primary part of Ideal Human Resource Management. Skol India believes that their employees are the key drivers of the Organization. It views its people as its finest assets and bringing out the very best in all of them requires a dedication to job. The company delivers opportunities to develop the skills from the employees and expand their very own breadth of experience while having fun along the way. The key creation programmes that have been introduced by company like Coca-Cola University, Mantra, Pegasus, Performance Management and School Talent Plan. The primary goal of these programs is to drive a high efficiency culture. These types of programmes are the key enabler for traveling meritocracy. The corporation also believes in self advancement employees through providing learning interventions that are focused toward organisation's current and upcoming business requirements. Coca-Cola India is recommended to design a specific method to define employees' route, recognition and future desired goals; it would certainly positively boost the organisation's efficiency. To ensure job satisfaction and fairness in appraisal, there should be a proper grievance handling machinery to handle worries and grievances related to assessments. At the end, automobile development programs have helped the company as the largest company in the beverage industry. This won the ‘Best Managing Award' completely which indicates Coca-Cola is a great company.

Staff Development:

Employee Development identifies the construction for helping employees develop their personal and organisational skills, know-how and talents. It includes possibilities such as employee training, functionality management, coaching, mentoring, expenses assistance and organisational expansion. According to Harrison(1993) staff development must be aligned with all the organisation's mission and desired goals by enhancing the skills of employees, knowledge, ability to master and employees' enthusiasm to work at every levels of the enterprise for organisational and specific growth. The planet's largest drink company placed in the year 1886 headquartered at Atlanta, Atlanta, was re-launched in India in 1993 as Hindustan Coca-Cola Personal Limited (Previously forced out of India in the 1970s) with a ideal alliance with Parle Export products that provided the company immediate ownership with the national's best soft drinks company. The brand involves Coca-Cola, Fanta, Limca Sprite, Thums up, Maaza, Kinley (Brand of Mineral Water), Minute Maid and Atlanta Gold array of teas and Coffee. Skol India utilizes 7000 neighborhood employees, 500 managers, over 60 making locations, twenty-seven company-operated bottling locations, seventeen franchise bottling locations and a network of up to 29 contract packers.
